MIRON Violett Glass
The newest and perhaps most exciting member of TJK team is the wonderful MIRON Glass.
The appreciation people have for the special protective qualities of violet glass can be traced back to the heyday of ancient Egyptian civilization. Even then, valuable essences and natural healing products were kept in gold and violet glass containers.
Even with the alchemists during the middle ages there were signs that people of that time were aware of the special quality the shimmering violet glass had. The advancing industrialization and the emergence of new packaging materials meant that violet glass faded into obscurity during the last hundred years.
Since the first industrially produced MIRON violet glass production in 1995, the composition and manufacturing methods have significantly changed. More and more producers of high quality natural products have discovered that the advantages of MIRON violet glass containers help the longevity of their product.
Most natural products decay or deteriorate in natural light, especially sunlight, which will accelerate the process of molecular decay, but Miron glass will block the complete spectrum of visible light with the exception of violet, ultra violet and infra-red light. Miron glass was developed by Yves Kraushaar the Swiss scientist, after 14 years of research and the secret to this special glass is based on the fact that the molecular structure of any substance is permanently activated and energized by “violet life radiation”. This also explains why the violet glass has such a high natural preservation ability.
How does TJK use MIRON glass?
When we looked at updating the Hair Perfume packaging we wanted to use the most modern, eco-friendly and exciting packaging available. After months and months of searching, and a little research trip to Germany, we found the most fascinating packaging in the form of MIRON glass.
We wanted to make the most of our amazing natural ingredients without the normal, necessary preservatives. By using MIRON glass our amazing ingredients are preserved in their best state for as long as possible, and the packaging looks amazing!!
