There is nothing better than cold pressed juice. For your body, your mind or your general wellbeing. If you change one thing this summer, to refresh your body before hitting the sun, turn to juicing. As a complete and utter advocate for juicing (it is one of the cornerstones of my life), it really is the thing I turn to if I’m feeling a little under the weather.
